  2. Added a seven-level threat-to-place state with claim-level evidence inspection and explicit coverage truth.

  3. Added deterministic incident identity, ordered event history, proximity bands and wind-to-place context.

  4. Added device-local Watchtower and this last-observed source-health view.

What this release does not claim.

  • No ignition, evacuation, smoke-dispersion or structure-loss prediction
  • No complete inventory of every local incident, closure, warning or evacuation
  • No claim that a thermal anomaly is a wildfire without corroborating evidence
  • No continuous provider monitoring, guaranteed refresh time or notification delivery
  • No street-level perimeter accuracy where the source supplies only a point or broad polygon
How corrections are handled

Auburn preserves source-native values, retrieval and effective times, reconciliation decisions and visible conflicts. A material revision changes the incident timeline and Watchtower fingerprint; it does not silently rewrite a prior meaning. Cosmetic copy or layout changes do not trigger a material-change alert.
